In this course, the tableware and dishes change depending on the season.

The soup stock, which is the decisive factor in the taste of the hot pot, is our special soup stock that uses purely domestic Soda dried bonito, mackerel, and dried urume.

Please enjoy the best taste of the clear amber-colored dashi stock and the island pork.

Shima pork from Okinawa Prefecture has 2.5 times more umami than regular pork, but only 1/4 the cholesterol, making it not only delicious but also a healthy ingredient.

Shima pork is recommended for women because it is a healthy ingredient.
