Our shop's original sauce "Jangmen Sauce", which is slightly spicy using Doubanjiang and sweet soy sauce.
Mazemen noodles used, that is this Mazejanmen.

Warm udon noodles with this original sauce Sweet and spicy minced meat, sakura shrimp, chopped onions, seaweed, green onions
Topped with egg yolk.
Enjoy while stirring, but the slightly warm udon has a light spiciness.
