We are proud of our Osaka udon, which is made every morning by a skilled craftsman, seasonal vegetables, and Okinawan pork that is full of umami.
It is a special shabu-shabu that you can enjoy with a craftsman's soup stock using three types of bonito that are particular about the production area.
This Okinawan island pork is a very attractive pork with a stronger flavor than normal pork.

Hot pot dishes are popular at stores, but it is now possible to order them at the online shop.
We also have additional ingredients available, so you can customize it to your liking, such as Japanese beef or duck meat.

In addition, the set includes a specially made “chirizu” that makes udon lighter.
Please enjoy it with two kinds of taste, the special soup stock and the special chirizushi.
