In this issue, we would like to introduce our specialty udon.

◆Famous meat dipping dish
A hearty bowl of tsukemen noodles filled with the flavor of meat. You can choose one flavor from "raayu flavor", "sansho flavor", or "yuzu kosho flavor".
Please choose from "thin udon" or "kama-age udon". Please enjoy the aroma and texture of buckwheat noodles and the tasty meaty dipping sauce.

◆Duck dipping sauce
Tsukemen noodles with plenty of leek and duck flavor. It is a hearty dish.
Please choose "thin udon" or "kama-age udon".

◆Sudachi Udon
Plenty of sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit) is used, so you can enjoy its fresh sourness and refreshing aroma. It is the perfect udon for spring... Please choose either hot or cold.
