Now, we would like to introduce you to an early taste of the summer delicacy, sudachi (Japanese radish), in the form of oudon (Japanese sweet red bean paste).

◆Sudachi Udon

It is a simple udon noodle with a generous serving of sudachi slices and our dashi (Japanese soup stock).

The refreshing sourness and aroma of citrus fruits are addictive and perfect for the coming hot season.

You can choose from hot or cold udon, but we recommend the cold sudachi udon.

It is a refreshing dish that can be enjoyed even when you have no appetite.
