Udon chiri is a nabe (hot pot) in which Nishiie's signature Osaka udon noodles, fresh seafood such as live tiger prawns and clams, and seasonal vegetables are simmered in a broth made from a unique blend of three types of knots.
Serve with a refreshing special ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice).

The udon noodles are made with carefully selected water, salt, and udon flour, and are pounded by artisans with all their hearts every day,
It has a mouth-watering, smooth, throat-pleasing, rice cake-like texture.
