Udon noodles are made from hot thick udon and cold thin udon.

Choose your topping flavor from (curry)(raayu)(yuzu kosho) ⤴️

First, as is.
Aged goho is added to the dipping broth as you proceed to eat...giving it a savory flavor.
Finally, add a raw egg to the broth... you'll enjoy the mild taste. ⤴️
