Hello. It is nice to meet you. I am the PR person in charge of Udonchiri Honke Nishiie Honten.

Starting today, we are starting a blog to provide information about our restaurant.
In this first installment, we would like to introduce the restaurant.

Our restaurant is a 2-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station. It is a long-established shabu-shabu hot pot restaurant with a Japanese atmosphere.

The store's atmospheric interior is unique to a long-established store, and even customers visiting for the first time will be able to enjoy the atmosphere of the store.
It is a cozy space with a nostalgic feeling.

One dish in particular I would like to recommend is "Udon Chiri," a registered trademark that was invented by the previous generation as a nabe dish that goes well with sake.
This dish uses seasonal vegetables and an abundance of fresh seafood from the mountains and sea, such as live tiger prawns and clams,
This nabe is served with Nishiie's signature Osaka udon noodles and special ponzu (Japanese citrus juice).
It is a taste that only our long-established restaurant can offer.

We also accept banquets up to 72 people. We also have a large private tatami room,
We can also accommodate large groups and groups of people.
It is highly recommended for company banquets such as welcome parties and farewell parties, as well as for gatherings of relatives.
