The sweltering heat has been continuing day after day. How is everyone doing?

This time, I would like to introduce "Boiled Hamo (Japanese conger eel)" which is in season now.

◆Hamono Yuubi◇◆◆◆

Hamo is a typical summer delicacy. It is in season during this season.
Among them, "hamo yubiki" is also called "botan hamo (hamo peony)" because the hamo is heated in the hot water and its meat opens up like a peony flower.
Please enjoy it refreshingly with plum paste.
The unique texture and delicious taste of hamo will soften the summer heat.

Our restaurant is 2 minutes from Shinsaibashi Station and offers the famous Udon Chiri & Shabu Shabu.
We are especially proud of our "udon chiri", which is made of carefully selected ingredients simmered in our special broth and served with our homemade ponzu (Japanese citrus juice).
