The soup is made with artisan dashi broth, which has been passed down since the company's founding, using three types of dried kelp instead of kombu, and is made with the finest ingredients from around the world,
This gem is cooked and served with various ingredients such as pork, vegetables, awafu, and udon noodles.

Chopped vegetables are lightly and quickly cooked and wrapped in shabu-shabu Okinawan island pork.

The set also comes with Nishiie's special chiri-zu vinegar, so you can enjoy two different tastes of soup stock and chiri-zu.
Serve with condiments as desired.

And the homemade mochi mochi Osaka udon noodles, perfect for the end of the meal, can be served immediately by simply unraveling the noodles and "boiled udon",
You can choose from "Nama-men (udon noodles)" which are pre-boiled, but you can taste freshly made noodles.

Although it takes a little more time and effort, you can enjoy the taste of the restaurant even more at home by using freshly boiled noodles.

Everything from the special broth to the pork, vegetables, awafu, udon noodles, and condiments is included in the set.
