What is Udon Chiri?

Udonchiri" is a luxurious one-pot dish that offers an abundance of delicacies from the mountains and the sea.
It was invented by our predecessor as a nabe dish that goes well with sake in the southern part of Osaka.
This nabe is made with seasonal vegetables and fresh seafood such as live tiger prawns and clams, and served with Nishiie's signature Osaka udon noodles and special ponzu (Japanese citrus juice).
In addition, Osaka udon can be refilled freely.
