The noodles are dipped in a warm broth and served cold, smooth and thin.
It is a popular menu item at our stores, but from July, it is now available for order.
The set also includes fried burdock root, seaweed and sesame seeds, and sansho (Japanese pepper) from Yamatsu Tsujita, a long-established Japanese spice shop.
Each meal is packaged individually so it can be shared!
