NISHIYA's "Okinawa Island Pork Shabu-Shabu Shabu" for two, 5,400 yen (tax included)
We proudly serve Osaka udon noodles made by skilled craftsmen every morning, seasonal vegetables, and delicious Okinawan island pork,
This shabu-shabu is served in a special artisan dashi broth made from three different kinds of knots carefully selected from the region where they are grown.
This Okinawan island pork is very attractive and has a stronger flavor than regular pork.

This popular one-pot dish is also available in stores and can now be ordered through our online store.
Additional ingredients are available, so you can customize it to your liking, such as Wagyu beef or duck.

The set also includes a special "chiri-zu" vinegar to make the udon even lighter.
Enjoy it with two different flavors: our special broth and our special chiri-zu vinegar.

The freshness is limited because we deliver the same taste as at the restaurant. Please consume on the day of arrival.
You can choose between fresh or boiled udon noodles.
