A total of 17 different types of rich ingredients are available.
◆Ingredients
rolled Chinese cabbage, fu, chicken ball, fu, konnyaku, yuba, Hirosu, grilled conger eel
mitsuba, chicken, clam, prawn, radish, carrot, pea, homemade Osaka udon noodles and vinegared oranges
We also prepare a generous 2 liters of artisanal dashi broth made from three different types of Japanese dried bonito flakes, carefully selected from the region in which they were produced.
We have a special "chiri-zu" (vinegared fish sauce), but you can also add condiments and just the taste of the soup stock.
You can also enjoy it thoroughly.
You can choose between "fresh udon" or "boiled udon" for homemade mochi mochi (sticky) Osaka udon.
