　The soup is refreshing with the addition of the artisan's special soup stock and the refreshing sourness of sudachi (a type of Japanese citrus fruit).
　The aroma of sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit) that rises to the surface is also irresistible.

The Osaka udon noodles, which are our pride and joy, are served with "thin noodles" that are sticky and smooth.
You can choose between hot and cold udon noodles, so you can enjoy them as you like.
