The spicy and tasty mazed udon noodles are filled with green onions, chopped onions, sweet and spicy minced meat, fried sakura shrimps, dried bonito powder, nori seaweed, egg yolk... and moist Japanese pork chashu pork.

The spicy sauce and toppings do a good job of changing the flavor ❗

The egg yolk thickly combines with several toppings, a delicious spicy sauce, and sticky udon noodles.

It is a warm bowl of mixed udon noodles. After finishing the udon noodles, add the remaining sauce with some oikomi rice🍚... and you have a deliciously spicy risotto.
