This is the new lunch menu
Soy milk udon noodles with prosciutto and mascarpone
(I've been really curious about this for a while!)

The cheese is mascarpone, so the cheese flavor is soft to the point of adding just a hint of richness, and the soup stock is the base, so the taste is gentle and fluffy.
It is made with soy milk, so although it is creamy and contains cheese, it is not at all cloying.
It is of course delicious on its own, but you can also use black pepper as an optional garnish for a more robust taste. ⤴️
(We like black pepper, so we put a lot of it on it.
